Shipping Policy
We at R V Impex, along with our brand Silvify, are committed to delivering your purchases safely and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below for details on how we handle shipping within Canada.
1. Free Shipping
Silvify offers free standard shipping on all orders, regardless of the order value or location within United States and Canada. There are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
2. Import Duties and Taxes
For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply when the package reaches its destination country i.e. United States or Canada. These fees are beyond our control and are charged by the customs office of your country.
3. Shipping Times
- Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
- Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes:
- 5-6 business days for Domestic Orders (Within India).
- 8-12 business days for International Orders (Currently available only in U.S. and Canada).
- Delivery times may vary based on external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volumes.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery online via the shipping carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only to addresses within United States and Canada. Unfortunately, we do not offer shipping outside United States and Canada at this time.
6. Delivery Issues
- Delayed Deliveries: While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, please note that delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order is delayed, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
- Lost or Damaged Packages: In the event that your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@silvify.net. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or refund.
7. Address Errors
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of purchase. Silvify is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Signature Requirements
For security purposes, certain high-value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If this applies to your order, you will be notified via email before shipment.
