Return and Refund Policy
We at R V Impex, along with our brand Silvify, are dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below.
1. Return Window
You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:
- Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be returned in the original packaging, along with any certificates, tags, or other documentation provided with the jewelry.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Contact our support team at support@silvify.net with your order number and reason for the return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to ship the item back to us.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- If approved, a refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
- If rejected, we will return the item to you, and no refund will be issued.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping on your order, the actual shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@silvify.net. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded with the exception of damaged/defective merchandise.

- Last Chance Items
- Sale/Clearance Items
